I Laid It Down

I went to see Nigel McNeil at Grace International Church in Willis. I brought Lauren and Zoe the first night. Zoe was so upset by the grieving atmosphere in the church that she started to cry. She refused to come with us again the second night. There was lots of talk of witchcraft the first night (then he preached on "The Blessing"- the exact same sermon he preached on 4/19/06 - I still had his old notes in my bible), and talk of Jezebels the second night (followed up by preaching on "the conflict of being chosen"- Nigel pointed out Mary's dilemma of being misunderstood and considered a crazy, adulterous - when God chose her - I found the parallels interesting). Nevertheless - fear, paranoia, finger pointing, suspicion, delirium... all overshadowed the 2 meetings I attended. It was a hard thing to witness. The church is taking a severe beating and Nigel was quick to point out what a fabulous pastor and elders the church has.... I agree with him, I truly felt s...

Another Crocodile Dream

Sunday night I had one of my vivid night visions (dream :p). I dreamt I was on a boat with a group of missionaries going up a river. When I would look in to the water beneath me I could see red and orange piranhas swimming in the water (I was happy to be in the boat). The ride was cut short when the boat crashed on an island. Most of the members of the team decided to work on ways to fix the boat. I felt an urgency about getting to our destination and decided to call crocodiles to give me a ride to get the mission done. Only 2 other members were willing to come with me... the rest opted for boat repair. When I called out for the crocodiles the King of Crocodiles was forced to come. He was extremely LARGE and was black and gray speckled and VERY unhappy about the summons. When he glared and snapped at me, I scolded him and reminded him that he MUST yield whether he liked it or not. He complied. I also called 2 more in for the other team members and we headed out. The cool thing about t...

Easter Performance

So much has been happening lately. So much so that this post could not possibly contain it all. The Easter Performance is done. It turned out wonderfully with the exception of the sound. Techs had problems at each performance.. sigh. But the Ballerinas performed beautifully. As far as the stick dance.... well.... Saturday night the photographers were out. Somehow I managed to keep the hard stoic look on my face needed for the part while Hanna (next to me) commenced to beating, poking, and jabbing a photographer that would NOT move out from in front of us. Goodness, if I could have had a video of THAT alone.. it would have been a performance masterpiece. Palm Sunday and Resurrection scenes went smoothly though. Jeremy video taped Friday night for me and put it on DVD. Now I ACTUALLY get to SEE the whole thing. As a cast member I was disappointed that I could not EXPERIENCE each part. When I saw it on DVD, I understood what a cool presentation it truly was.

Listen Closely, You can HEAR Jesus

I am under HIS umbrella. For real. I wonder if she even realizes how her lyrics could be coming straight from heaven? It always amazes me when the world taps in to a vein of God, While the church sits on the stones of their past success stories. Re-beating the same OLD drums. The kingdom is the source for the REAL love songs New revelation and depth of the Father's love is coming.. WIDER, DEEPER and FULLER than we can even imagine. Jesus can speak to ANYBODY through ANYBODY He's amazing.

Cast Your Net into the Deep

It's a marathon! Thursday Soaking, Friday worship, Saturday Worship, Sunday church / worship, Monday dance practice / worship, Tuesday Prophetic ministry/worship/hearing the voice of God in the Woodlands.... sigh.... He called me His, "bow & arrow" tonight. Being stretched and pulled tight, soon to be released. Power and authority will take me to His appointed destination. Suddenly................... Pull me out as far as I can go... I want to go further... I want to land with force. . I want to reach the hearts of men and pierce them with Your Love.. He said He was stretching me like a wine cistern.. increase my capacity for more of Him... He called me... "Mary" I am HIS and HE is mine: _____________________________ I love you. My heart's desire, the focus of My delight. When you look at Me, I am overwhelmed Look away, My love. I am overtaken I am consumed. ........................................... my eyes are set on You, my heart it beats to yours, I...

I found a Jewel in the Hay Stack :)

I spent Thursday night "soaking" at Conroe House of Prayer (CHOP) in downtown Conroe. It was sweet. Then Friday night I had a dinner with the "Sisterhood" ladies at Grace. It was wonderful seeing them again. All in all, Jesus brings unity. The bridge will be repaired. I will be sure to do my part in seeing restoration. Right after the dinner at Italian Grill (I had Tilapia on angel hair pasta - awesome!), I went to CHOP for worship. First, I have to give a brief description. The inside of CHOP is exactly like a lounge. It has a real living room feel to it, with a platform (stage) at the front. When I first walked in, I was reminded of the opening scene of "So I Married an Ax Murderer". It had the look and feel of creativity and a genuine air of welcome that one would get from their mother's living room (well, my mom's anyway). I walk in and find the most comfortable spot I can imagine, on the rug by a stack of pillows. The atmosphere is filled with...

I saw Snow this morning!

Jesus loves me SOOO much! I love snow and seeing it reminded me of North Carolina when I was a little girl. SO sweet. I pulled the van over and had my son try to catch it. What a fun morning. I "soaked" last night at a place called Conroe House of Prayer. Awesome! Simply Awesome! I plan to make it a regular part of my life now. I FEEL renewed, refreshed, washed over. Wonderful. So full of the love of the Father. So connected to my spirit and my cold was healed. Sweet. Had great visions while I was under, too. I will share them when I have more time. Be blessed by my Beloved.

The Ring

Fantasy of Fantasies Dreams of Dreams Who can portray The mystery of the Ring? When times were young and hearts were true. Love sprouted on every flower like a morning dew. When a covenant is made in hearts so pure, They are held and bound and do endure? What do you do with a promise you can't keep? Throw it overboard down in to the deep? Ask God's grace to cover and heal To repair the breech that the enemy did steal It can't be done My strength is gone Release it Let it go What if the love of my youth Was the only one that was true? Have I not been free to love another? Is that why I failed so many times, Was my heart never mine? When I made him go? Did I leave it behind? Release it Let it go How can a promise in a ring Keep me in love with someone I haven't seen... I haven't seen him, but he's there I still feel him in my soul a tie that never died 20 years still beating still breathing still leading....... Now he's found. Release it Let it go God help m...

Do NO Harm to God's Anointed Ones

The same business owner who tried to get me fired this week with his false accusations, has himself been fired. My company will no longer be purchasing fuel from his business any more. The financial hit to him will be tremendous. The bible means what it says when God says not to touch one of His anointed. I have seen this pattern all my life. When employers or people have been unfair or abusive, when I leave companies under poor circumstances; or, usually, false accusations.. the business ALWAYS shuts down. When I walk out, the blessing I carry walks out with me. It's a strange and sometimes scary thing to witness. I wonder about Grace International Church? What does God do when both sides are anointed? When both are His? How does He balance mercy and justice? I am very curious to see that one unfold. hmmm.. I still have not been able to get rid of the ring. I wonder why?

Celtic Warrior Maiden

Learned an interesting fact about Celtic Wives yesterday. A friend of mine has an interesting wedding band. It is a two toned with intricate designs around the perimeter and a small diamond embedded in the center. When I asked about the design, she explained to me about old Celtic practice of a shield maiden. Celtic women often went in to battle WITH their husbands. They would be their husbands rear guard by holding a shield at his back and protecting him from vulnerable attack. When she described this role, I had chills run up my arm. It really clicked with something deep inside of me. A longing came alive and rang in my heart. I have never been the type of woman that can just sit at home and lean on her husband for EVERYTHING. There have been many a time where I have been made to feel like an unfit or "unsubmissive" wife because this kind of ideal was NEVER a good fit for me. I realize now, it's because there is too much warrior inside of me. I want to be IN the battle....

How Old am I???? Really?

I think awkward is an understatement. Do you remember that goofy stage between 10 and 12. When parts were growing long and balance was kind of hard to maintain and even though you feel like you are still 7 or 8 you begin to notice that "scary" people look at you like your older. It seems like 35 is about the same thing. I feel like I'm still 25. I can really tell no difference. I still run, play, and dance just as hard. I don't think I am even too much wiser than I was when I was 25. Well, maybe a little.. but I was quite sensible at 25 (but less patient). But when I sit with the 25 and under.. I feel OLD. I listen to the simplicity of life. "My husband is going to be this, my husband BETTER be like that...." (I've been married 3 times already... I'm soooo not relating) Or, "I'm think I will have 2 kids... No, I only want one.." (I have 4 and the oldest is already officially an adult - NOPE, not relating at all) So, I try to hang out w...
