Part of human development is being able to step outside of yourself and see what you are actually doing with your life. In which you discover you are overseeing the DEVELOPMENT of a Human Being. I suppose the real question is whether human effort is required at all to become a human being? Must we ACTIVELY develop a human existence or is it a PASSIVE exercise set by our DNA as residence of this planet? If effort is involved, I wonder what I would become if I stopped the work all together? Will I stand there like an abandoned building or an empty field?
