The Weapon Used Against You.. will become your sword!


1 Samuel 21:9 (New King James Version) So the priest said, “The sword of Goliath the Philistine, whom you killed in the Valley of Elah, there it is, wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod. If you will take that, take it. For there is no other except that one here.”And David said, “There is none like it; give it to me.”

When the time is right, God will turn over the sword of your past conquest. He will turn over to you what can only be yours, and there will be nothing like it.

Have you fought with sickness and been hit with premature death all around you >>> Cut the enemy up with healing... See your sword.

Have you lived in poverty and financial pain no matter how hard you work, you face the bag full of holes.. then to find, the victory >>>> Cut the enemy up with abundant resources... See your sword.

Have you had to face broken relationships, stripped by the enemy over and over again.. to finally walk in God knit friendships >>>> Cut the enemy up with covenant relationships....See your sword.

Have you found yourself in a marriage that never seems to have peace? No matter what you do, it's never good enough or right.. then found breakthrough and love>>> Cut the enemy up with the heart of reconciliation ... See your sword.

Have you learned to forgive the most UNFORGIVABLE >>>> Cut the enemy up by untangling hardened hearts... See your sword.

Understand, the purpose of every Goliath.. is for victory.
The purpose of victory.. is the sword.
The purpose of the sword.. is to defeat the works of the devil.

Understand and rejoice over the Goliaths in your life!

See the sword.. for there is none other like it.

How did David overcome?
He came from a place of praise.
(worshiping in the field with his sheep)
Stood on the ground of intellect (the battlefield).
(the war zone where the warriors only analyzed based on the physical)
And defied what made sense to others.
(5 stones (the Word), no armor (complete vulnerability), and KNOWING God is greater)
NOTE: Did you know the 5 stones were not all meant for Goliath. But David knew that Goliath had 4 brothers (2 Sam 21:22) that may come after him after killing him. He intended to kill them all if necessary. David made no room for failure, no plan B... ALL or nothing
And claimed what makes sense to God.
(If God is for us, who can be against us?)

The List

January 26th 2009 (After coming back from Costa Rica & Feeling a tremendous sense of Male Lose) I just came back from burying my dad. For my own protection and in a blatant attempt to "outwit" God, I have made a list of the ideal and only man that I will ever consider for marriage.
