Focus



It really is a miracle to find true love.
But greater is the miracle if you are allowed to keep it.

Depth in all these shallow graves
Make it impossible to perceive it.

Light talk
Slight gestures;
Keep us impossible to read.

Keep the umbrella up,
You have all that you could need.

Keep your focus straight ahead.
For love is not to find us captured.

Keep your focus straight ahead.
For it dare not have us mastered.

Keep your focus straight ahead.
And keep the rain blocked out.

Contemplating what life may bring,
And what I'll have to live without.

Once upon a time there was a serpent who was badly injured in a fight with another animal. It managed to slither away to safety but would have surely died if a benevolent man had not seen it suffering by the side of the road.
