Walking Alone; though 2 by 2;
The lesson for me... may not be for you.

Listening to music
Feeling connected to ALL

Yet no one to touch
and no scent to enjoy

This pungent life is what is given
To those determined to live it.

Not for Comfort,
Nor for Happiness.

But for the sheer WILL to complete what was started.

The reward given .. simply that of KNOWING.

Even if you are .... only ONE...

Once upon a time there was a serpent who was badly injured in a fight with another animal. It managed to slither away to safety but would have surely died if a benevolent man had not seen it suffering by the side of the road.
