AuthenticHebrews 12:28-29 (The Message)
28-29Do you see what we've got? An unshakable kingdom! And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. For God is not an indifferent bystander. He's actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and he won't quit until it's all cleansed. God himself is Fire!Counterfeit
Stephen Covey’s First Things First. refers to the inner fire as the product of the balance of all 4 major needs in life: physical, social, mental, spiritual.
the 4 master needs that everybody has, and must satisfy to live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy.
Physical needs are the needs you have to live. These include needs like taking care of your health, finances, career.
Social needs are the needs you have to love. The need to love and be loved drive your needs for good relationships with friends, family, lovers, colleagues, community.
Mental needs are the needs you have to learn. These include the need for growth and constant, never-ending improvement.
Spiritual needs are the needs you have to leave a legacy, by filling your life with meaning, purpose and mission.
When any of these needs are unmet, you’re like a car running without a tire. You know you’re moving, but something’s not quite right.

Made Whole
The philosophy of an inner fire that does not acknowledge God, rather a step by step way to succeed and become whole WITHOUT the Holy Spirit.
Even though the teaching above is from a Mormon there is hollow truth in it.
If you insert the main ingredient (JESUS). You can see something interesting.
God BURNS brightly in us, when HE addresses each of the 4 needs and "torches all that needs to be burned in them". All 4 must be directed toward our Father and He will IGNITE us for His purpose and for the Kingdom.
